A migraine headache can cause intense throbbing or pulsing in one area of the head and is commonly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine attacks can cause significant pain for hours to days and be so severe that all you can think about is finding a dark, quiet place to lie down. (Mayoclinic.com)
I have had the same migraine since Jan. 2010. When they first started, I had a pair of the darkest sunglasses I could find. I would wear them everywhere, at all hours of the day! I had them on the side of my bed just waiting for me to wake up. Then I had lots of different ladies wanting to take me to a battered women's shelter. They all thought my husband beat me. I felt too bad for my husband. So after a few months I gave up the sunglasses.
Have a wonderful and pain free night!
